New functionalities for premium users

Premium users (only for donors) now can:

• Delete offers
• Edit and bump offers (bring them up)
• Offers appear randomly in the top at Premium Offers

Other reasons why I ask for a donation

• Support MarketPoly
• I never ask for MCS password (everybody is safe) and assume a donor it's the real deal! :D
