Hey, great idea--
You may want to add a "rent"/"bonus" column to the table, though. Especially for larger streets, having them pre-filled can make their value higher than mcs's valuation.
Good stuff, though. I'll be back once taxes get big enough to offload some of my lesser streets.
There is no info about the rent value available directly from the game from what I know, so I added a column with the present value and another one where the user can insert some comments :)
